Mail Them PRO is a mass e-mailer developed by Kadmy Software. We downloaded version 7.1 on their site http://www.kadmy.com and installed it for the testing. Below you can see a typical screenshot of the mailer.
Mail Them PRO has a non-standard user interface that can confuse the beginners. It has a dialog-based user interface with the tab-sheets. You should compose the message, define the email preferences and manage the mailing list at the separate pages. The program supports both text and HTML email message creation.
During the email delivery Mail Them Pro gives the reports indicating the mail sending status. It estimates the time remaining and elapsed. Since the mailing is finished the Mail Them PRO provides the detailed log about the delivered, non-delivered and delayed messages. To get the work completely done you can resume the mailing later.
The number of complimentary programs is not very big. The only complimentary program offered is Process Them. This program is a mailing list processor; it works with the email requests from the users and makes the necessary actions.
The technical and pre-sales support is fast and competent enough. One gets an answer by e-mail in one working day.
Software localization: the software is available in many languages (English, Spanish, German, etc). You can download the language packages on the vendor's site for free.
