The email management software, EasyMail, allows you to send highly customized messages - including personalized message bodies and subject lines. It is an exquisite way to generate new orders from existing customers. This is also the most efficient means to make contact with your clients, one that will bring you much satisfaction.

EasyMail supports Multi-Part (MIME) message capability. The program can send Multi-Part (MIME) messages that contain formatted text, HTML, (fonts, bolding, colors, etc.), attached files, and embedded objects (such as pictures) to other users even if they use a different email application. Any local images used in the HTML message will also be included so that your recipients will get the entire message!

So, if the recipients of your mail message can view a HTML message, they will see your message as HTML, if their mail reader does not have HTML enabled or is not capable of viewing HTML the multi-part message will automatically be shown in plain text! HTML messages sent in Multi-Part (MIME) is THE WAY to send your e-mail so that EVERYONE can view it!

Direct - no ISP SMTP mail servers needed

G-Lock EasyMail is a powerful group mailer that sends your message directly from your PC to the recipient's mail server (bypassing the requirement for a SMTP server). This takes the load off of your mail server and speeds up the message sending significantly. It gives instant confirmation of delivery by checking the address before it sends that eliminates the dreaded "Mail undeliverable (bounced)" messages you can get. It can also get confirmation that your message was read.

To use the EasyMail in a direct send mode, you need to have access to the port 25. If you're operating within a restrictive firewall, as most users of large ISPs do, then you won't be able to use the EasyMail as well as any other bulk email software in the direct send mode. This happens mainly with large free ISP and intranets such as AOL, CompuServe, Prodigy, etc.. These ISP are set up as intranets, while EasyMail needs a true Internet connection. Most of the free ISP such as Juno, WorldShare, EarthLink, NetZero, and others block the port 25 and only allow you to send email using their email servers. A workaround for this is to select the "Use ISP's SMTP Server for relaying" feature in EasyMail's "Accounts..." settings. This will then expose the mail server field, where you will have to enter your ISP's mail server name.
